Anita Lam is a Senior Consultant with RSZ Forensic Associates and specializes in managing the preparation and consolidation of financial data to assist the firm’s client-attorneys and their respective clients.  She is a CPA and has provided clients with accounting services in real estate construction companies, property management services, non-profit organizations, and other industries.

Prior to joining RSZ, Anita had worked in a global financial institution as a Vice President in Regulatory Reporting.  With a strong track record of driving automation initiatives, she worked closely with the Finance project team to streamline reporting structures and ensure efficient data capture. She was proficient in liaising with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk, and various business lines, to ensure seamless data integration and aggregation in line with Federal Reserve Bank regulations.

In addition to her professional activities Anita is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers with the Office of Emergency Management in her hometown, helping to support local disaster preparedness efforts. She also serves as the Treasurer for the Parent Teacher Organization at her kid's school, where she manages financial activities and helps organize events that benefit students, teachers, and families.

Her expertise lies in financial reporting, risk management, process automation, and cross-departmental collaboration, which she leverages to maintain strong controls, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations. Outside of work, She is dedicated to contributing to causes that make a difference in her community.
