She is a CPA and has provided clients with Accounting, Auditing, Multistate Tax compliance, Payroll reporting & implemented internal controls in diversified areas such as Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution.

Prior to joining RSZ, Ilaina worked for 13 years as the Finance Manager in an Office Furniture Design & Construction company overseeing the accounting department along with preparing budgets, forecasts and working with outside auditors. Because of her strong financial & problem-solving skills and her seasoned experience in tax & cost accounting, she was able to streamline operations in the company. In addition, she worked effectively with interdepartmental collaboration and furthered the efficiency of the company including guiding the company with strategically planning for growth in their financial structure. As a result, there was much more accuracy and transparency in the financial statements & flow of the financial health of the company.
In addition to her professional activities in the AICPA, she enjoys golf, reading, cooking & gives back to her community by volunteering at her local library doing personal tax returns. She also tutors college students who need help with essential accounting and financial concepts.
Her strong problem- solving skills along with her analytical and deductive reasoning skills are utilized in the accuracy & efficiency of maintaining financial data. Her dedication in this area surely makes a difference not only with working with people, but also with helping her town.
